Core module
Ration Forms
Data collection that lands somewhere useful — governed by the same directory and policy as the rest of the workspace, and able to start a process rather than just fill a sheet.
The forms problem is what happens after submit
Building a form is easy, and there are a hundred tools that do it. The difficulty is everything downstream: the responses land in a spreadsheet outside your governance, the person who set it up has left, and nobody is certain whether the data is still being collected or who can read it.
Ration Forms sits inside the workspace, so submissions resolve against the organisational directory and are governed by the same policy engine as mail, chat and meetings.
From submission to work
A form is usually the beginning of a process — a leave request, an onboarding checklist, a procurement request, an incident report. Paired with Ration Workflow, a submission can route straight into an approval chain with reminders and progress reporting rather than sitting in an inbox waiting to be noticed.
- Structured collection tied to the organisational directory
- Routes into approvals and tasks through Ration Workflow
- Access governed by the same policy engine as every other module
- Grants and shares written to the audit trail
Internal and external respondents
Some forms are for staff and some are not. External respondents can be handled without provisioning them accounts or granting access to anything beyond the form itself, which keeps public-facing collection from becoming an access-control problem.
One less subscription
Forms is one of the most commonly duplicated tools in an organisation — frequently expensed by several departments independently, each with its own copy of data nobody has inventoried. Bringing it inside the platform consolidates the subscription and, more usefully, the governance.
Questions we get asked
Can external people submit a form?
Yes, without provisioning them accounts or giving them access to anything beyond the form itself.
Can a form trigger an approval?
Yes. With Ration Workflow, a submission routes into an approval chain with deadline reminders and progress reporting.
Where does submitted data live?
In the same deployment as the rest of your workspace — Ration Cloud in the region you select, your own on-premise infrastructure, or a partner-hosted environment.

Modules
Workflow
Tasks, approvals and structured processes that live beside the chat and mail that created them, rather than in a separate tool somebody has to remember to update.
Platform
Collaboration platform
Mail, chat, meetings, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes and forms in a single workspace — with one policy engine deciding access across all of them, and a choice of where the whole thing runs.
Platform
Corporate messaging
Internal communication that stays in one place, under one directory and one set of rules — instead of scattering across a chat tool, a mail provider and whichever consumer app filled the gaps.
Platform
Enterprise collaboration
One workspace, one admin console and one policy engine across departments that have each been buying their own tools for years.
